Professional Development Seminars
Alameda Arts Professional Development, an experiential learning program, empowers pre-K and elementary school teachers to integrate art into their classrooms. Teachers immerse themselves in a playful practice of meaningful, process driven art activities that emphasize the use of recycled materials.
Teachers explore hands-on art experiences with a focus on the use of recycled materials. We share ways in which to incorporate art into a classroom setting in order to stimulate creativity, encourage cooperation and collaboration, practice problem solving and, most importantly, have fun.
