Description

Camp on the Road is a mobile adventure day camp experience that takes campers exploring at some of the most exciting kid friendly spots that the Bay Area has to offer.  Below are our planned weekly itineraries:

 

 

June 20-24

  • Monday - Bridgeview Troll Hike, Oakland / Berkeley Rose Garden & Codornices Park
  • Tuesday - The Wave Waterpark at Emerald Glen Park, Dublin
  • Wednesday - A day in Golden Gate Park, SF
  • Thursday - Rock City at Mt. Diablo & Hap Magee Ranch Park, Danville
  • Friday - A Day in Sausalito

June 27-July 1

  • Monday - Mystery Spot, Mission Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz Surf Museum
  • Tuesday - China Camp State Park, San Rafael
  • Wednesday - CuriOdyssey, San Mateo
  • Thursday - Antioch Waterpark
  • Friday - San Francisco Zoo

 

July 5-8

  • Tuesday - Palo Alto Jr. Museum, Papua New Guinea Sculpture Garden, Stanford
  • Wednesday - Happy Hollow Park and Zoo, San Jose
  • Thursday - Charles Schultz Museum & Patrick Amiot Junk Art Walk, Sonoma County
  • Friday - Antioch Water Park
 

July 11-15

  • Wednesday - Jelly Belly Factory, Fairfield and Be Love Farm, Vacaville

Camp on the Road is available to rising 1st - 5th graders.  Campers should bring a packed lunch, a water bottle, a booster/car seat as needed, and a sense of adventure.  Please be aware that we will make every attempt to follow our planned itineraries but in the case of unforeseen circumstances, alternate destinations may be substituted.  Please dress appropriately for the weather as we plan on being outdoors daily.
